Commercial real estate sales activity is very, very slow. However the unimproved property subsector is almost nonexistent.
Fed buying of MBS is bizarre but pretty cool. Too bad it will end and then what?

Audio eBooks at the Public Library
The Public Library is great. It is one of the greatest free resources we have in our urban areas. More specifically, the Audio eBooks knock me out. I am an avid reader/listener of mystery novels and the library allows me to download and then immediately listen to books on either my mp3 player or computer. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Here’s a brief blurb from the Montgomery County Public Libraries website:
